Services

A considered range of ways to work together, for clients who want calm, cohesive homes and the right level of support for a more intentional design journey.

There are different ways to work with me, depending on the depth of support your project needs. Some clients want focused clarity on one room or clearly defined area. Others need a more immersive day of design support, a deeper diagnostic stage, or a fully held design journey. The best starting point depends on the scale, complexity and ambition of the project.

Not in the North East? I offer remote interior design with the same depth, clarity and attention to detail, supported by a clear process and straightforward measurement guidance.

The Connection Call

This is where we begin.

In this first conversation, we explore your project at a high level, what you are hoping to create, and whether the connection feels right on both sides.

It is a chance to talk through your home, your goals, and the shape of your project, while helping me identify the most appropriate next step.

From here, I will guide you towards the offer or pathway best suited to your project, whether that is a focused standalone service or the beginning of a deeper design journey.

A warm first conversation to explore your project, your vision, and whether we are a good fit to work together.

Room Realignment

A focused online design session for one room, one zone or one clearly defined area of the home. Best for clients who need clarity on layout, colour, lighting, finishing touches or cohesion before making further decisions.

In this one-hour session, we focus on a single room, open-plan zone or clearly defined area of the home. Together, we work through the connected decisions that will help the space feel more resolved, so you leave with clearer direction and greater confidence in what to do next, whether that is layout, colour direction, lighting, finishing touches or overall cohesion.

After the session, you will receive a concise written summary, and the conversation will also be recorded so you can revisit the guidance in your own time.

If it becomes clear that your project needs deeper design input, I will guide you towards the most appropriate next stage of support.

If this feels like the right next step, you can book your Room Realignment session below.

Design Direction Day

A concentrated in-home design day with up to 5 hours on site, for clients who want clear direction, confident decisions and meaningful progress.

Ideal for a key space, several connected rooms, or a project that has started to feel noisy, unclear or stuck, Design Direction Day offers focused in-person support to bring clarity, cohesion and momentum back into the process.

This service is well suited to clients who need expert guidance on colour, lighting, finishes, layout, flow and the decisions that will shape the home most meaningfully.

Over the course of the day, we work through the most important areas of focus together, helping you understand what is working, what is not, and where your next decisions will have the greatest impact.

After the session, you will receive a concise written report summarising the key direction, priorities and next steps discussed.

If it becomes clear that your project needs deeper design development or a more fully held vision, I will guide you towards the most appropriate next stage of support.

Energy Activation

A deep-dive diagnostic and direction-setting session for clients planning a meaningful renovation, forever home or next chapter transformation.

This is the deeper threshold into The Signature Experience.

In this two-hour session, we move beyond surface ideas and begin with you: your story, the life you are building, the people your home needs to hold, and what your home and project need to support next.

Through a guided deep-dive conversation and spatial read, we explore your priorities, your rhythms, what is not working, and the emotional and practical foundations that need to shape the project.

Following the session, I translate everything gathered into a clear Activation Summary, a recommended pathway, and a proposal to move forward with clarity and confidence.

The Signature Experience

My full inside-out design journey for clients undertaking a more layered transformation, whether that involves one deeply considered space or a wider multi-room or whole-home project.

Designed for clients who want a home that reflects who they are, supports the life within it, and is shaped with depth, structure and a clear vision for the future.

Building on Energy Activation, The Signature Experience moves through concept and spatial planning, design development, technical design and procurement, with optional project co-ordination where implementation support is needed.

Every stage is grounded in The Carole Method, beginning with how you want to live and feel, then translating that into form, function, materiality, flow and technical detail.

“Carole really listened to my ideas, then pushed me gently out of my comfort zone, which I am so glad she did. Her eye for detail is amazing, and she was incredibly responsive throughout the process.”
