Services

A clear range of ways to work together, from focused design clarity to a fully held interior design journey, each one led with depth, precision and calm expertise.

There are different ways to work with me, depending on the depth of support your project needs. Some clients want focused clarity on a room, plans or design choices that do not feel quite resolved. Others need a more immersive day of design support, a deeper diagnostic stage, or a fully held design journey. The right starting point depends on the scale, complexity and ambition of the project.

Not in the North East? I offer remote interior design with the same depth, clarity and attention to detail, supported by a clear process and straightforward measurement guidance.

The Connection Call

This is where we begin.

In this first conversation, we explore your project at a high level, what you are hoping to create, and whether we are the right fit to work together.

It is a chance to talk through your home, your goals, and the shape of your project, while helping me identify the most appropriate next step.

From here, I will guide you towards the offer or pathway best suited to your project, whether that is a focused standalone service or the beginning of a deeper design journey.

A warm first conversation to explore your project, your vision, and whether we are a good fit to work together.

Room Realignment

A focused online design session for the room that does not feel quite resolved, the choices that are not coming together, or the decisions you feel unsure about.

A focused online design session for the room, plans or design decisions that do not feel quite resolved.

This 60-minute session gives you direct access to my expert eye and design thinking, helping you understand what is working, what is creating hesitation, and where your next decisions will have the greatest impact.

It is designed for the moment when a room looks almost there, but something still feels off. You may be unsure about layout, flow, furniture, storage, colour, finishes, lighting, styling, cohesion or the overall feeling of the space.

You can also use Room Realignment if you already have plans or proposals from a kitchen, bathroom, joinery or fitted furniture company, but something does not feel quite right. I can review the direction with you, identify what may be creating the hesitation, and help you understand the questions or changes worth raising before you commit.

Together, we will clarify what can stay, what needs to shift, and what your most important next steps should be.

After the session, you will receive a concise Alignment Summary of the key direction, priorities and recommendations discussed, so you have a clear record to refer back to.

Room Realignment is self-contained, but if it becomes clear that your project would benefit from deeper design support, I will guide you towards the most appropriate next step.

If this feels like the right support for where you are now, you can book your Room Realignment session below.

Design Direction Day

A concentrated in-home design day with up to 5 hours on site, for clients who want clear direction, confident decisions and meaningful progress.

Ideal for a key space, several connected rooms, or a project that has started to feel noisy, unclear or stuck, Design Direction Day offers focused in-person support to bring clarity, cohesion and momentum back into the process.

This service is well suited to clients who need expert guidance on colour, lighting, finishes, layout, flow and the decisions that will shape the home most meaningfully.

Over the course of the day, we work through the most important areas of focus together, helping you understand what is working, what is not, and where your next decisions will have the greatest impact.

After the session, you will receive a concise written report summarising the key direction, priorities and next steps discussed.

If it becomes clear that your project needs deeper design development or a more fully held vision, I will guide you towards the most appropriate next stage of support.

Design Direction Day is booked following a Connection Call, so I can make sure it is the right fit for your project and that the day is structured around the decisions that will have the greatest impact.

Energy Activation

A deep-dive diagnostic and direction-setting session for clients planning a meaningful renovation, forever home or significant home transformation.

This is the natural starting point for clients considering The Signature Experience, and a valuable standalone session in its own right.

In this two-hour session, we look at how you live, what is not working, what your home needs to support next, and the practical and emotional priorities shaping the project.

Through a guided deep-dive conversation and spatial read, I translate that into a clear Activation Summary, a recommended pathway, and a proposal to move forward with clarity and confidence.

The Signature Experience

My full inside-out design service for clients undertaking a more layered transformation, whether that involves one deeply considered space or a wider multi-room or whole-home project.

Designed for clients who want a home that reflects who they are, supports the life within it, and is shaped with depth, structure and a clear vision for the future.

Building on Energy Activation, The Signature Experience moves through concept and spatial planning, design development, technical design and procurement, with optional project co-ordination where implementation support is needed.

Every stage is grounded in The Carole Method, beginning with how you want to live and feel, then translating that into form, function, materiality, flow and technical detail.

Investment is scoped after your Energy Activation session and set out clearly in a detailed proposal before any commitment is made.

“Carole really listened to my ideas, then pushed me gently out of my comfort zone, which I am so glad she did. Her eye for detail is amazing, and she was incredibly responsive throughout the process.”
